POSTE: Investigative Agent and Marketer

 

Description

 

  • Collecting data or information by phone, face to face, on the field … mission imperatives.
  • Recover the claims of our various clients in your zone of investigation
  • Find our different debtors
  • Participate in the preparatory phase of the investigation plan
  • Serve as a marketing agent in the agent’s community
  • Work on the marketing plan corresponding to your area with our marketing manager in Douala.

Access:

  • This part-time occupation is available without a certificate or work experience.
  • A GCE “A” level or HND would be a plus.
  • Recruitments will be done on an undetermined casual employment contract.

Conditions

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be available when a mission is passed on to you.
  • The activity of this profession is carried out on behalf of survey and polling organizations, local authorities, etc. in relation to the public. It may involve travel.
  • It varies according to the way of organization (face to face, telephone, …) and the objective (investigation, location, debt collection, …).
  • It can be practiced in split hours, on weekends, holidays or during the week.
  • Compensation will depend on the objectives achieved (number of location, number of recovery, number of successes in surveys, number of clients brought in …).

 

Activities

  • Prepare the investigation plan, equipment and media according to the purpose of the investigation and the instructions
  • Identify targets, inform WIA about the nature and conduct of the investigation
  • Collect all the necessary data that can justify your investigation
  • Complete forms, questionnaires and reports
  • Rank the data collected and pass on the results of the survey
  • Conduct surveys by: Media audience, opinion poll, verification of document authenticity, mystery or unforeseen visit
  • Testing/appreciating the quality of information
  • Identify response anomalies on questionnaires (absence, illegibility, nickname, ratification etc….), ask the reason concerned
  • Assess the operationality of questionnaires, grids before the launch of the survey and provide feedback, avenues for improvement
